Terms of Service

You must have authority to use the account, email inboxes, domains, billing methods, and data you connect to the service. Simple Email subscriptions are for individual users. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, send spam, bypass provider rules, compromise security, scrape without authorization, or process data you are not allowed to process.

The service connects to providers such as Gmail, Outlook, and iCloud Mail through OAuth, app-specific passwords, or similar authorization flows. You control whether to grant, revoke, or reconnect provider access.

Provider actions such as sending, archiving, trashing, labeling, marking read, or downloading attachments are performed through the connected provider account and may be reflected in other mail clients.

When you connect a Grok Router, Grok-generated summaries, classifications, drafts, recommendations, and work reports are for assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or sending it to anyone.

Grok limits, downtime, or disconnection may delay inbox analysis. Conventional mail and calendar use in Simple remains available without Grok processing.

The service should not be used as the final decision-maker for legal, compliance, financial, medical, employment, safety, or other high-impact decisions.

Simple uses Clerk Billing for an individual subscription managed on the web. Available pricing, any trial and renewal terms are shown at checkout and in billing settings. A Grok subscription and its usage limits are separate from the Simple subscription.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage cancellation in web billing settings or contact support. Cancellation preserves paid access through the effective end of the paid period shown in billing settings.

Unless a checkout flow, order form, or applicable law says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once incurred. You remain responsible for charges created before cancellation takes effect, including taxes.

If we materially change paid plan pricing, we will provide notice before the change applies to your next renewal. Expired or unverifiable paid access can pause new Grok analysis. Subscription checks do not erase drafts, prevent data export, or determine whether an already requested provider action succeeded.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, transform, and display content to provide, secure, support, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

This license does not permit us to sell your content or train models on connected email content, attachments, provider tokens, or derived email artifacts. A separately connected Grok account remains subject to its own terms and settings.

We retain ownership of the service, software, documentation, product design, trademarks, and related intellectual property.

The service may change over time and may include beta or experimental features. We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to security risk.

The service is provided without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
