After years shipping products and leading teams, I ran into the same walls you probably did: inboxes that never end, tools that multiply work, and presentations that drain attention. simple is my response—a clean, unified system for mail, docs, presentations, tasks, and intelligence.
I’ve spent decades in corporate life building and shipping products. Early in my career, I worked on Microsoft Office and saw the strengths—and the limits—of the traditional model firsthand. That model asks you to conform to software, not the other way around.
My days became a familiar rhythm: inboxes overflowing, message threads splintering decisions, and hours lost building decks that couldn’t answer a single hard question. None of this was the actual work. It was the work around the work.
Traditional software makes you work to use it. I wanted to build something that works for you instead.
That’s the idea behind simple: a calm, intelligent layer that quietly handles the overhead—so you can focus on decisions, creativity, and momentum. No ceremonies. No busywork. Just progress.
