Why I’m building simpleemail

I’ve spent decades in corporate life building and shipping products. Early in my career, I worked on Microsoft Office and saw the strengths—and the limits—of the traditional model firsthand. That model asks you to conform to software, not the other way around.

My days became a familiar rhythm: inboxes overflowing, message threads splintering decisions, and hours lost copying updates between tools. None of this was the actual work. It was the work around the work.

Traditional software makes you work to use it. I wanted to build something that works for you instead.

That’s the idea behind simpleemail: a calm, provider-backed email layer that keeps every message available while your Grok Router sorts, explains, and coordinates the work you delegate. You can always read, search, reply, and use your calendar when the Router is delayed or disconnected.
